Guaranteed booking conditions:

• The offer is valid for pre-booking via the official website of the hotel;
• 10% discount from open rates valid at the time of booking;
• 0% VAT (according to Federal Law No. 67-FZ of March 26, 2022).

Terms of payment:

• The offer is valid for 100% prepayment of the first night of stay;
• In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, the cost of the first night's stay will be deducted.
